Question: im 13 and im about 5'3 1/2 or 5'4 and i weigh 113
and i excersise alot i run a mile everyday and i eat pretty healthy and i have alot of muscel

no you do not need to loose weight.
also you need to keep in mind the muscle weighs more than fat, so dont go by body weight per se, go by how you feel and what you think is healthy. I am a personal trainer and you are fine! youre at the ideal body weight for someone your age and height. maintain that and stay healthy dont eat too much "Crap" and try your hardest to feel comfortable in the skin youre in, im sure youre beautiful!

you are perfectly healthy. just eat what you like but in moderation. enjoy this time in your life where you can eat what you want. give in to tempations.
