Question: I am 14 i weight 135. I have a abb longe and a wieght bench and work out videos. And dance dance revolution that has a wieght progrma thing.
I was wondering wich one i should do or any type of routien i should do. I want to loose wiehgt for myself, and feel better.

Alos are their any free website diet programs with a rountie set up like exersizes and a food plan?

No, you are not fat. However I understand wanting to lose a little bit and just feel better about yourself.

Don't go on a diet. Make a permanent lifestyle change. That's the only way to lose weight AND keep it off.

Lots of fruits and vegetables, lean meats and fish, whole grains, and water. For your current weight, try to drink at least 67.5 ounces of water each day. (Divide your weight in half and drink that many ounces of water.) And don't eat three big meals, but eat a little bit all throughout the day.

Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie (1 cup of fruit juice/puree blended with 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt) [NOTE: I make this amount to last me two days]

Lunch: Romaine Salad with Roasted Red Pepper, Grilled Chicken, Parmesan Cheese, Cucumber

Dinner: Chicken Breast with either two vegetables (such as broccoli, green beans, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, etc.) or a vegetable and a small salad

depends on how tall you are...that makes a difference...either way I say 135 is perfect weight.
