Who is more healthy person ... ??!

Question: vegetarian or non-vegetarian ?? why.

Answers: vegetarian or non-vegetarian ?? why.

I think a vegetarian diet would typically be healthier, because the average vegetarian cares more about his/her health than the average non-vegetarian.

Also, I'd just like to say that meat isn't the only source of protein! There is a ton of protein in peanut butter, lentils, legumes, tofu, soy milk, and many other non-animal sources. In addition to having protein, those foods also have fiber, which meat does not have.

A vegetarian could be healthier, or unhealthier. A non-vegetarian who watches what they eat and exercises is going to be healthier than a vegetarian who only eats fried vegetables and sits around. It depends on the entire lifestyle.

Probably a veggie because they often eat tofu and such, but a nonveggie gets meat with the protein and vitamins. it depends on exactly what they eat.

non
Why because they are eating from all the food groups

non vegetarian cause you need protien from meat and you can still eat healthy

they are both healthy in different ways the nv is healthy because she/he accepts everything in all her meals and the v is healthy becuase she takes precaution in what she/he eats

depends on how much you eat and exercise not what you eat except for the fact that organic is much better for you maybe that should be the question organic / non organic

depends..
a vegetarian can be a lazy slob while the meat eater works out every day. Healthy is more than food.

Non-Vegetarian for sure because WE ALL need protein in our lives, and when you become a vegetarian, the protein is definitely lacking... plus there are other components to meat that are vital to your health - B vitamins specifically!!

Humans have very long intestines compared to animals who eat only meat. Our bodies are designed to digest complex foods such as fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Meat is a food that's already been digested, and doesn't need to go through such long intestines. Also, for us to eat meat, an animal has to be killed somewhere. All the chemicals produced by the brain when the animal was feeling negative emotions while it was being killed are in the meat we eat.
Not to mention all the artificial coloring and other stuff that's used to make red meat look fresh.

By the way, I'm not a vegetarian but I only eat chicken.

If so many Americans eat so much meat and get all the protein they need, even more than they need, I wonder why so few people are fit and athletic.

vegetables are MUCH easier to digest and healthier for your body to use than red meat.

Both Can be healthy and both can be unhealthy it depends on their activity if they don't exercise and are in active then they will both be unhealthy but if they both watch what they eat and are active then they will be healthy baring any health problems!

Non-vegetarian is stronger & much more powerful but a lot of salads or a little 'Indian amla' must be used along with them to keep digestion strong. Always remember to remove seeds of raw tomato & cucumber as they form stones in the body particularly ladies' gall bladders.
If you make 'triphala' powder at home & take only one teaspoon after every meal , you needn't worry about digestion at all.
Excess of non-vegetarian food may cause heart problems at later age if salads are not taken with them, but if you take aniseed & 1/2 cup of rosewater after every meal, that problem never comes. Taking one raw garlic piece daily never allows any heart problem to come. If one dissolves a teaspoon of any vinegar in a glass of water & drinks after meal, that also helps.
