How can you get a six pack without using the machines and doing the situps?!


Question: I'm not so sure you'll get a six pack, but lay on your back and do leg excersizes. They give you a great ab work out. Or you can take a broom handle (detatch the end) , hold on to it about sholder width apart with both hands. Hold it above your head, and then as you twist at the stomach bend diagonally to either your left or right foot. Bring back to start position and do it to the other direction... try that 100 times and you'll feel it in the morning.

You could probably just take a marker and draw them on yourself.

do your own movement while standing up, hunch your back forward and tighten your belly, at the same time lift on leg at a time and meet your tummy and knee half way!!

Well i can tell you that i use a wight bench for 30 min. a day and in about 3 weeks i got pretty riped

What a marvellous question.. and the answer my 6pack-seeking friend is very fking easily!
Everyone has a 6pack. It is just a muscle group. You cannot see yours because you have a layer of fat over it. Get rid of the fat and see the 6pack. Abs machines/situps are ineffective for getting rid of the fat and so, do not help us get a 6pack

Eat right. Do high intenstiy cardio 4 times a week. Stay dedicated.

Its that easy.
