Getting In Shape!?!


Question: im not over weight and do not have low self esteem or anything like that i just need to get fit for swim suit season. i know its a little far away but i want to start know. im a good eater but i dont get to work out everday. i do maybe twice a week.

please give me tips on how to get in shape. ie. foods to eat, best programs...

I like to run! It keeps me in shape and you feel great after you do it! That keeps me in excellence shape. First start with one or two miles everyday if you can. Then work up to 3-4 miles and so on. Also do at least 100 crunches everyday. Do 50 then stop and then do the other 50. Also if you are eating healthy then I think all you need to do is get more exercise and you will look great by swim suit season!!! Good Luck!

Be vegetarian, I am and I am losing weight, combined with my work out I am getting in good shape. Swim a lot, it is good exercise and low impact. Do sit ups and go to a gym and use there machines.
