What weight loss pill works?!


Question: i dont need to lose that much weight maybe 15-20lbs or so and im going to the gym 3 times a week plus daily 30min exercises. does anyone have any good suggestions for extra help. i was thinking hydroxycut or trimspa but im not sure. i know theres thousands out there. please dont suggest alli cuz i know all aboout the side effects i dont even want to think about it. thanks ahead of time!

I'm glad to hear that you have eliminated the possibility of Alli. You will have similar side effects with any of the fat binder type of diet pills. These type of pills absorb vital fats and nutrients and should be avoided. Caffeine based diet pills should also be avoided because of undesirable side effects from excessive caffeine intake. Quite honestly the best way to lose weight is by eating healthily and exercising.

Before the pills start a diet - Winter diet is fine
Exercise - as you planned
Change the diet after two weeks - start new one, continuing exercising. The secret is the body not to get used with the particular diet
Do not give up if you do not lose weight as fast as you want. The body needs time to react.

If I were you i would just change my eating habits you did mention exercising but what about dieting too??? All diet pills have side affects so you should think about that!!!!! Dont take the EASY way out do it the hard good way where you can be proud to tell people how you lost weight. U think loosing wieght with pills are impressive? NOPE. TO maintain your wieght you will always have to eat right and exercise so why not star now so you can learn how to d ojust that.

Forget the hydroxycut!

Best way to loose weight is doing cario. Not sure what your level of fitness right now? But if your not a runner, start by walking, running, back to walking, on the treadmill. Watch what you eat and stay hydrated. Remembet that 3500 cal is equal to 1 pound.

If your work our includes weight training, then awesome but keep in mind you may loose fat but gain muscle. This is great though because more muscle effects your metabolic rate.

Do NOT overtrain!
