i really need to lose alot of weight for a function that i am going to in a week.


im currently 75kg and i wish to get to about 60-65kg or maybe even less if possible.

There's no good way to do that - but you can do some exercises that improve your posture and some tummy crunches to pull in that midsection. Avoid salty food for the next week to avoid bloating, and make smart clothing choices to give you the illusion of having lost the weight.

Sorry u cant reduce that much weight in a week.
The only way is to cut off fat in Ur body.

Thu only way to lose alot of weight in a week...is if u are sumone who eats normally and then just stop eating totally..but thats really unhealthy..cuz thats wut i done and now its really hard 4 me to eat properly!!! = [
So..all i can say is eat really small healthy meals that has a low calorie count and do lots of exercising!!!
