Please real answers and FAST!!! I need to lose ten pounds in 2-5 days!!!!?!


Question: Giving me advice about doing it the right and slow and healthy way will not get you the best answer. This is greatly important for me. So crash,unhealthy,stupid or whatever you want to call them are welcomed. But healthy diets that makes you lose like ten a month or 20 pounds in a year am not even going to read. Also the idea of cutting any limbs is out of the question.

I'm 18 years old, 5' 8", and I went from 128 lbs to 115 in a week for a pageant. I got what I wanted but I'm not telling you how I did it because it was the stupidest thing I've ever done. Nothing's worth possibly dying over. You shouldn't have procrastinated.

you won't be able to do it, its impossible to do that a 'healthy' way...

that is impossible the human body can not do that i am really sorry but it is impossible unless you take like liposuction it will not happen it is physicaly impossible

hate to break it to ya, but its impossible.

Don't eat any carbs and jump ropes burn most calories in short time. dehydration is also a choice

Doing it slow kinda sucks. the faster you do it the more results. And Im sorry I dont have any advice.

You cant really loose that much weight that fast if you want to do it the healthy way.

DONT do a crash diet, all it does is ruin your health[and life]
I went on a crash diet for a pageant a couple of years back and it led to anorexia that I am just now recovering from!So just do it the healthy way. If you REALLY want to do this try doing a intense workout everyday[but still eat healthy] and dont over do it until your going to pass out!
I did that for the last pageant I was in and I lost 10 pounds in a week

It will make you lose weight fast but its only good it like you have a really big event coming up and need to lose weight. Its natural and invovles no pills yada yada but it is NOT A LIFESTYLE or else you will get really sick... I will post the link below

the fastest way to do it is to take diet pills they speedd up your matoblism , give you and energy high, and curb your appitite so you dont feel hungary all day, get stacker 2, yellow jackets, or farinheight , go to the drug store or the gas station, stackers are the cheepest, not to mention try to do some sit ups, push ups, and jog in place, that will condition your body a little and help you loose more weight

Sorry sweety, that's not possible. starving yourself and jumping rope will not make you lose that much weight in such a short amount of time. Good luck.

Detox.... Buy a detox program that last for about 5 - 7 days and try that. Or the cabbage soup diet might do it for you, it is originally brought to you buy the heart foundation. It is for overweight people that needs to lose weight fast for surgery. They may be the answer.....

for breakfast eat 2 egg whites
for lunch/dinner eat salad with no dressing
drink lots of water
do this every day with 1-2 hours of exersise(just dance in your room) and you will loose fast.

i am sorry to break it to you but you cant loose 10 pounds of anything in 2 to 5 days and if your talking rapid weight loss then your only talking about water weight and not fat or muscle weight and of the 3 you need muscle and water weight .water weight doesnt really change with your size neither does muscle just fat so you might be able to loose 2 pounds of water weight in 5 days provided you excercise and eat light but you will gain it back quickly plus sweety it isnt healthy you will feel sluggish, lathargic and tired so i know my answer isnt what your looking for and i could careless about a best answer but my answer is to you so when you see why all the people that answered that it is impossible and unhealthy this will explain why they said it, good luck to you and happy new year

there is no effing way that u can do that- im sorry but ur idea is just FOOLISH!! if u do manage to do that then ulll just end up in the hospital or at ur funeral- but what do u care cause u dont wanna read stuff like this u dont want to face the truth!!!
