What is the shortest time it would take me to lose 50 kilograms?!

Question: I really HAVE to lose it.

Answers: I really HAVE to lose it.

I've seen you, you barely weigh above 50 kilograms now!
You need help, together we can beat your anorexia!

(about 100 pounds)
id say
about 40 weeks.
about 9 months.
thats about averaged out on 1.5 kilos a week, one week you can loose (3 kg,) another week you might loose nothing.
keep in mind you need to eat small portions, very healthy foods, lots of water, lots of sleep (dont eat 3 hrs before bed otherwhise what you ate = FLAB) and lots of exercise. that will help you tone while loosing so you dont have to exercise mad after loosing weight to look less 'jiggly' and you might have loose skin.
If you have to loose 50 kg i doubt you have great will power. so it could take a lot longer.
if i was you id put away the year!
and if you have exceptions every now and then it will take you all year!
good luck!

u sud be fat!!!!

Well for my personal experience...i can loose 15 kgs in a month (have actually)...now u can do the math

BUT u can get stretch marks if u do it that fast...so slow is the better option (4 kg a month)

join a gym...consult a coach

Really depends what you're like.
But, my guess is that it would probably take you between 4-8 months... Maybe more, maybe less...
Getting a personal trainer would probably help.
xx

you could do it in fastest like 5 month you have to work at it very hard.and then youd have all that extra skin,i would advise taking you time with healthy diet and a exercise witch would be at least a year ,good luck

i'd say the better part of a year. cause think about it - you're losing a person in weight.

If you exercise hard (using at least 1600 calories a day more than not exercising - e.g. walking briskly for about 16 miles a day: you can look for a calorie/exercise counter on line that will show you the calories used by various exercises but walking is probably simplest to start) and restrict your calorie intake to 1500 - 2000 calories a day but including as much protein as possible (absolute minimum 100g a day - preferably in a supplement including creatine), vitamins and rougahage and at least a couple of litres of water a day (but not too much water as this can cause health problems) and you could lose up to 1 kg a day, particularly if you are very overweight to start with. So 50 kg could be lost in 50 days.

Theoretically - 10 months. Practically, you are starting from quite high weight and at the beginning you will lose more than 1 kg per week. However, as closer to your normal weight you go, as slower the process of reducing weight will be.
My suggestion to you is:
1. Start Japanese diet which burns fat even you stop it.
2. Every 2 weeks change the diet to avoid body's getting used. Very important tip!
3. Exercise - walk more (at least 5 km per day), run, dance, any cardio exercises.
4. Take teas or pills to decrease your appetite

Good luck!

It would take a year if u dont want the extra skin but it may take 6 months or more cause its a lost of weight to lose.......i prefer if u start a little slowly n than go fast cause ur body needs to adjust then u wont get extra skin and marks or any other type of side effects!!Good Luck!!

its known now that the shortest ways not effective,
because as soon you lost some of your kilograms as you will gain more than it,
so find permanent program which is fit your body and loose your weight step by step, its better for you.

About 5 minutes, some pain-killers and a axe should do it!
(quick enough for ya')

Sorry about the black humour.
Weight lost fast usually climbs back on (unless the axe is involved).
Good balan diet + moderate exercise + determination = lifetime weightloss
Goodluck.
