Help with Bloated Belly?!

Question: I have been eating healthy but i have a pot belly.
My typical daily food diet is:

Breakfast:
Fruit - Usually Banana or Satsuma

Lunch:
Raw peppers & Carrots

Dinner:
Fish or chicken with raw veg

Plus 1-2 big bottles of mineral water

Is there any reason my belly should be pop? Its hard and sticking out and looks like im in early stages on pregnancy (im not pregnant)

Is there anything i can do to get rid of it?
I thought it might be water retention and going to try taking tablets...

Help!

ID say your daily food intake is too low, the diet itself would be causing bloating.
Get yourself back to healthy eating plans such as larger breakfasts as your metabolism is highest at this stage so most of what you consume will be burnt. Try increasing the amount protein as well as fibre in your diet to help cleanse your system.

eating 5-6 times per day in smaller portions towards the end of the day will also help. I have some great healthy recipes http://myfitmate.blogspot.com/ feel free to check them out

good luck

Eat less chicken or fish, and more veggies.

You could have IBS. Also you are eating alot of vegtables and fruits. This causes bloating because of the fibre intake.

Squeeze a lemon into a bottle which holds no more than 8 glasses of water. Dont drink too much water! Do u want puffy feet or what.

I feel exactly like you, this phenomenon started to occur about a year or 2 ago, I am 40 and it is an age when this problem regularly happens, you seem to eat really healthy, I have more problems keeping away from cheese and pasta which love so much ! I do walk a lot, occasional swimming and cycling, but nothing will do. I have become philosophical and started to accept the situation, as long as I do not got disproportionally fat I will be ok with it.

you could be constipated, more importantly though you are not eating enough, this is not good as your body will try and store every thing you put into it as it thinks you are being starved! this can also cause bloating, you need 1500 Cal's a day at least and you are no where near getting that. this is not a healthy eating plan, you need to eat a little of carbs and even fat and sugars to keep your metabolism normal

no dont take tablets ! it sounds like water retention, i mean carrots and pepper is no lunch dear !

you need to eat something which has some carbos in it - maybe a wrap or a small bowl of pasta - or even soup and bread.

eat lots of salads with combinations of leaves and keep drinking that water !

do regular exercise - dieting alone never helps

Wow! you seem so diet conscious and still you are facing such problem. Perhaps you don't have any problem of fat and all that. The life of urbanites is so fast and sedentary that sometimes the intestines and stomach fail to produce enough digestive enzymes which causes irregual digestion and bowel movements. So its better to consult a doctor.

I used to have the fattest stomach. Here's a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before...
