I have PCOS & Underactive tyroid and in the last year I went up from 9st to 10.5!

Question: I dont look much different but i want to lose 2 stone.

Im eating:

Breakfast:
Satsuma or banana

Lunch
Raw peppers and Carrotts

Dinner
Fish or chicken

I cant eat carbs cos it gives me a stomach ache and makes me bloat. I think i have a wheat intolerance.

Whats the best and quickest way to lose this weight?
I am going to work my *** off exercise off but i wana lose as much as possible in two weeks...

Once its off i will work hard to keep it off. I am not a big eater as it is and eat quick healthy so when i diet i do have to take drastic measures... because of both my tyroid problem and pcos.

Im 5'5 and a size 10-12

It could be the underactive thyroid causing the weight problem. i would look into that first, and as to losing weight quickly my advice is don't, as it can cause illness, better to take it slowly.

i would have said that at that height you are about right weight wise.

Is it possible for you to take any medication for your thyroid problem? That could help.

You don't seem to be eating much so I don't think you should cut back on food, just try to do a little bit more exercise each day.

Good luck.

pcos has been a proven factor in weight gain.my sister in law has pcos as do several of my friends, they all have gained weight and sorry to say but they all have been unable to shift it.my s-i-l has tried every diet in the book and has a personal fitness instructor but it has made no difference whatsoever.her gynea told her that until the pcos is treated effectively she wont be able to lose the weight.
sorry not much inspiration i know but i`d rather be honest than give you false hope.
good luck with everything.
