What is reasnoable serving for breakfast/lunch?!

a resonable size 4 lunch would b probably just a sandwich or sumthin with thu same amount of calories..and they say u should eat more 4 breakfast to get u through thu day.. example u could eat a bowl of cereal and a piece of toast ..of yoghurt with fruit ..this is wut people tell me to eat all thu time becuz i dont eat breakfast OR lunch..
Just depends on your level of activity and overall body structure. Some people have to live off of 8,000 calories or more just because of their activity level (Crab Fisherman, Soldiers in the Field)
Well, i auctually don't eat a single breakfast, usually about 2 or 3 small brekfastes! But if you wanted just one i would say 3 waffles and a couple toaster strudles, yumm!
