What kind of daily exercise do you do?!

Run 3ish miles 5 days a week.

Lift weights / aerobics 6 days a week.

As well as eat very small and healthily.

I walk 2 miles every day. Lift weights for 25 min and work on my exercise ball for 1 1/2 every other day!

Lift bourbon bottle, pour bourbon, lift coke, pour coke, drop ice, lift glass to mouth and repeat....lol Actually I work at a pretty physical job and I'm in pretty good shape for my age.
