NO FAD DIETS OR DETOX CRAP! These are mostly bad for you. You're only 13 and still have what is commonly referred to as "puppy fat". This should come off automatically once you are fully into your puberty. You're too young to worry about dieting.

Eat 4-5 small HEALTHY BALANCED meals everyday including breakfast, which I"m sure you have heard is the most important meal of the day! They're not lying to you to get you to eat their cereals, it really is! I recently lost 5kg just by adding a good breakfast to my diet (I'm 25 though so I have just reason to worry about my weight!).

Just be healthy, DON'T fall into the trap of any fad diet cause you will put all the weight back on as soon as you eat properly again and NO-ONE can eat spinach leaves and protein bars for the rest of their life...BORING!

look...first of all have u ever heard of the body mass index? have a good look at that before u decide that 50kg is too heavy!! secondly, your weight will not effect your height! when your body is ready to grow it will! and if u do want to loose weight and possibly gain height only eating 2wice a day is not right! to boost your metabolism you need to eat at least 3 meals a day! this will help your body to burn off access fats when u are playing footy! and if ur body is getting enought nutrients it will develope better and faster! oh and btw if u were to be lifting weights or working out that would help to stunt your growth!!
