Weight loss........???!


Question: i am slightly overweight..........
i weight about 220 lbs. and i am 6' 1"...........
my target weight is 160 lbs.........
what is the best way to loss the weight quickly without using diet pills???

Hi Unfortunately the best way to loose you extra weight and keep it off is to do so slowly. Reduce your complex carbohydrate intake. That means no pasta, rice, potatoes, cereals, bread etc and no processed foods. Try to eat lean meats and plenty of salads. For breakfast have a boiled egg instead of cereal. Oh and drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses per day. Exercise is important too. Walking is the best form of exercise as it is the most kind to your body, so try to walk for an hour a day. Also if you are married or have a steady guy then bedroom fun really burns up the calories (a lot more fun than walking). I hope that this helps. Good Luck losing those extra lbs.

eat less calories and burn more and while ur doing this exercise as much as u can, run in the morning especially for 1 hour at least, good luck with everything. also cut junk food and food with alot of calories, eat alot of fruits and vegetables, eat healthy.

Drink LOTS of water!! Stop all sweets, chips, Sodas and junk foods. Add more salads to ur diet and Good Luck!

Don't eat 6 hours before you know your going to go to bed, Drink an 8oz. glass of milk before you eat a full course meal. Make breakfast your full course meal, and snack on health foods though out the day, like fresh fruits and veggies. Don't forget to excercise. Never over indulge, too much of anything , well concerning food and spirits, is unhealthy. Save a little money also by taking fast food and soda out of your diet. But to do it the healthy way isn't fast, if you did it fast you could damage yourself. Safe is always better than sorry.
