I've a formal in a month and really want to lose weight?!

I suggest doing some exercises that get the legs moving, such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or bike riding.
These exercises that really get your heart pumping will burn the weight off quickly.

I like push ups, yoga stretches, pull ups, crunches, curl ups, leg stretches, calf raises, and squats as far as being good toning exercises that use no equipment and cost zero money to perform.

I like taking some dumbbells and doing some easy bicep curls, military presses, and lateral raises.

I think diet is important also and try to eat healthy home-cooked meals with lots of vegetables in them.

I try to stay away from the pop and sugar, candy, white flour products, and fast food.

I try to get a good night's sleep each night.

join a gym. run half hour on the mill every day. drink only water. live off fruit, pasta, chicken, fish and other low carb foods. i lost 12 lb in 3 weeks by doing that. but i was like 14 stone to begin with so i dunno how well itd help you

I would suggest that you do 30 minutes of cardio exercises in the morning and strength training. When you do cardio you burn fat in you whole body as there are no exercise that targets your face and arms. Eat a good breakfast, eat a good lunch, chicken, fish, tuna, rice, beans, etc. Eat a healthy snack, and a light dinner. Make sure you drink plenty of water through out the day. And you will see results in 4 months.

Don't eat. Drink a lot of water. Every other day, eat a light meal.

you have to do the hard stuff for that. running and working out.
Like a 2mile run a day or like 5 days a week would help your metabolism a good deal and watch the food coz it can easily undo all the hard work u put in. but dont give up coz change wont come in a day, you have to keep at it.

To lose weight off your face do face exercises. What you are doing is bending your head back in such a way that you feel a pull in the different muscles in your face. Hold each pose for ten minutes for maximum results. I would suggest spending 30 mins in all on face exercises. 10 mins on the left side, 10 mins on the right side and 10 mins in the center with your head held straight back so that you feel the muscle underneath your chin and in your neck pull. Honestly I do this daily and the fat melts off your face and neck. Good Luck!!!! :-)

there is a diet you can go on but it's strictly for losing water weight (its possible to lose up to 15 lbs in one week) and you will maybe be able to keep all of it off for 2-3 days afterwards. here is the link for the recipe... http://www.cabbage-soup-diet.com/recipe....
**basically all you eat is this and you can eat as much as you want, you can add in fruits (any except bananas) and vegetables (i wouldnt eat potatoes since they have so many carbs) but alternate them. if you eat the soup & fruit one day, the next day eat the soup & then vegetables. the soup is pretty bland but keep in mind that its only for a week; you can eat as much as you want as long as its fruits or vegetables, and drink as much water as possible



save the diet until one week before your formal, if you feel the need to, you can stay on it for 2 weeks, if so, start it in a couple more weeks

until then, buy lots of produce each time you go grocery shopping (anything colorful is really good for you)...stay away from white bread, pasta, rice, etc. buy only whole grain or wheat but check the ingredients when you buy wheat bread, if it says enriched flour anywhere, its not actually wheat, its a combination of wheat and white flour, so look for ones that say whole wheat flour. try to eat breakfast in the mornings before school (low fat yogurt with fruit or a granola bar), and get some kind of protein, whether its peanut butter or grilled chicken. dont eat anything breaded or fried
