I am 5' 11'' and 180 lbs...I am in great shape, but i want to get a !


Question: How many calories should I eat a day to stay at the same weight but to just lose the belly fat?? Also, how many calories should I burn during my cardio workout everyday.

Do 8 minute abs from youtube. No joke it works. and play sports, best=soccer, in soccer u run so much u get an 8 pack.
Run in the morning. dont eat junk after 1pm. dont walk walking doesnt work. Run or jog just dont stop. have perseverence

Burning calories won't really give you a 6 pack. It will help a little by reducing body fat, but if you want a 6 pack, you need to do crunches and situps and chin ups with your knees raised. You need to build up your abs with exercise. No easy route.

well i cant answer your question but ill tell you something. if you work out and still arent getting a 6pack, chances are your genes are blocking you from getting a pack. if thats the case, u will never fet a 6pack
