How come I feel like I have to work out more than once a day?!


Question: When I work out in the mornings, I feel like I don't do enough. I did 40 minutes of cardio, and then weights. And all day today I have felt like a lazy bum because I haven't worked out anymore. It's like I'm getting addicted to it.

This past week I have been working out twice a day, and it makes me feel super worn out the next day...so, surely I need to stop overdo-ing it, right?

Split up your workouts to make yourself feel better. Like do some weight training in the morning and some cardio in the afternoon. Or do something in the morning and then take a walk. You definitely do not want to strain your muscles.

Thats how I feel!
My dad told me to just split my work out in half!
And do some in the morning and do some at the night!
And eat good! No junk food! I know its hard to stay away from!
