Tell your mother that you lost it naturally, and that if she is worried you will try to gain some weight. Make sure you follow through though. if you are uderweight its not good.

your mom cares for you and is worried about you....she has noticed your weight loss and is scared for you...be glad someone in your life has noticed and is concerned enough to bring it up....admit you had/have an ED and accept her help and support....
