Is losing 7+lbs in two weeks ok?!

Question: I figure Ive lost about 10 but since I'm on my period it say's I've lost 7, I'm not exactly sure but I think that 10lbs sounds accurate since I gain about 3-4lbs when I get my period!

they say 2-3 pounds per week is 'safe'. so 3.5 pounds/week is pretty close. i'd think you're oK. If you've just started on a diet, it's normal for your first few weeks to see big numbers. Usually water weight that you're losing.

That is significant weight loss. Usually you should not lose any more than 2lbs a week. This sharp weight loss indicates you have probably lost significant weight in fluid. Being dehydrated can lead to a dramatic decrease in mental and physical abilities. Check out http://www.alfitness.com.au/article/aID/... on how much you should be drinking and on staying hydrated.

It depends if you are a fat slob or not

NO that's not ok! You need to learn to keep up with your stuff better than that! Do you think I'm gonna keep buying you things if I know you lose stuff all the time?
