I like exercise, because it feels so good after you get down. It is also fun sometimes. I take karate and weight lift and I enjoy both. Try to join a class exercise may become more fun for you. Find what exercises you like and stick to them.

i jog everyday after school for about 30 mins to and hour and ive been doing it for about 4 months and lost 62 lbs and ive become to acually like it
