If you mean UK sizes, they are both on the small side. If you mean US sizes, they are both average.
Obesity has nothing to do with your clothes size by the way, it's to do with how much body fat you've got. You can have too much body fat at any size if you are all flab and no muscle tone.
Both are just average, not fat but not skinny.
Sizes 8 and 10 are normal sizes for most people. The average American woman is a size 12, so a 10 or an 8 is obviously not fat or obese. Just nice, slightly below average sizes.

in adult sizes? both 8 & 10 are fat or obese or whatever you want to call it. you need to be size 4 or below to be skinny.
