Exercise and eating healthy foods

I like Weight Watchers. It really allows you do undertake any diet out there. For instance I'm following the South Beach Diet, but it wasn't going to work without the point counting that Weight Watchers allows. I have lost 35 lbs. this past year and feel great.
Just as a caveat; don't let anyone tell you dieting is easy; I'm just saying this was easier.

i've been eating a yougurt for breakfast/burnch, then a lean cuisen for lunch along with a water or a Naked Juice, and i just see what happens for super and keep it as healthy as i can, sometimes i'm running low on time due to work and will just eat a pb&j sandwich or two. Then i work out 30 minutes to a full hour on my trampoline each day.

scale wise i've only lost around 4lbs, but i belive it's because i'm gaining muscel. every part of me is starting to feel toned and slimmer, and i've started getting compliments (it's bearly been a month).

i think any work out plan you add into your life will give you energy.
