Healthy SNACK ideas?!


Question: I'm going to a trivia night with a group of friends (some dieters and most non-dieters). Any snack ideas that I can bring that both will enjoy? Thanks!

Maybe a fresh veggie platter with both low fat and regular dip.
Spinach dip goes over well or ranch.

BRING LIKE CHIPS & DIP

yum! i like reduced fat cheddar cheese with reduced fat wheat thins:)
or fresh salsa with baked tostitos:)

Fruit salad.

usually in any supermarket they have lke a dish of different kinds of fruits different sizes and prices. not to expensive and good for dieters and non-dieters cause i mean who don't like fruit? not many. but i think thats perfect and if you dont have money then bring your own fruit or veggies in a bowl if you have any. =]

Little Debbie rice crispy treats are 100 calories each, and very tasty.

an assortment of fresh fruit and cheeses

popcorn, rice cakes, nuts, veggies, or fruit

I like dips such as Hummus (garbanzo beans, tahini sesame paste & seasonings or Tzatziki (non-fat greek yogurt, cucumbers & seasonings) served with wedges of pita bread or pita chips or vege sticks.
