Answers: i want to be skinny but how if im big boned

you arent fat ur curvy guys like that dont lose anything im sure u look great

go outside and run.

Hate to say it, but there's no such thing as being big boned.

Welcome to reality.

you can't really get skinny, just toned and muscly. embrace your curves.

Do some research, and you will see that there is no such thing as being big boned, your just fat, sorry.

i think that you are a little different than big boned

i'm slightly big boned but im also 6 foot and 170 pounds
but like i have bigger hands and feet and everything else than most girls... i'd call that big boned

what you have my dear, is a weight problem

exercise and eat healthy and less
you will lose weight if you do this

5'3 and 208, and you think you are big boned? Seriously?

Like one answerer stated, there is no such thing as being big boned. If you want to lose weight, just exercise everyday. Go for a walk. This doesn't mean visit the gym everyday. This probably sounds lame, but you can also buy exercise videos. Those can help to. Make sure not to go overboard on sweets and fats... Just eat smaller portions and lots of fruits and vegetables.

talk to ur doctor or parents about a safe diet and exercise plan. It might be hard work but it will eventually pay off. I am 5'7 and i used to be 225 lbs. and i am not 145 by safely dieting and eatting properly. Give it a try, it will help, just make sure your eatting and not starving urself because thats unhealthy. Good luck!

I'm sorry to tell you, you're not big boned. I'm 5'3 as well and our physical builds may be different, but your bones are no bigger than mine, as far as structure, length and weight are concerned. The best way to lose weight is to eat a healthy, balanced diet with a moderate calorie intake (1200-1500 a day) and get aerobic exercise for 30 minutes a day at least 4 days a week. Lots of fruits and veggies, plenty of protein, moderation on the carbs. Good luck!

i im 5'6 and before i came to the US i was125 pounds, the i gained 50 pounds, i was shocked when i realized how fat i really was, then i srated dieting and its working, i have lost 30 pounds, eating as healthy as i can and working out a lot, i think the best thing to do is find a dite that u can stick to, with varied food and healthy, u might not see major changes in a month but within 2 or 3 months u will feel and look better, and also, u can cheat like once every 10 days but quitting is not an option. good luck hun!

You already are skinny, look at all that extra skin.

It's doubtful that at 5'3" you are big boned. You might have broad shoulders because of your weight, but big boned people are usually pretty tall. You might never be skinny, but you can get thinner with time and exercises. Exercises is the key to weight loss. You can get a thread mill and use it for 1/2 hr. a day. Put it at 2.5 or 3 and work up to 4 for one hour. Lift weights. If you can get a personal trainer, this is your best option.

big bones don't get skinny. Honey!
Fat get skinny. What are you.

Well, at 5'3" you can't be too big boned and it won't prevent you from losing weight

You will need diet and exercise. Ideally you would weigh between 100 and 125 pounds. Meet with a doctor who can recommend a dietician or nutritionist. They will help you come up with a specialized diet (probably about 1600 calories a day with some fruits, lots of vegetables, lean meats like turkey and fish, and some dairy and complex carbs; don't try to omit any of these on your own because the dietician will tell you if you shouldn't be eating a certain type of food). Also join a gym nearby and hire a personal trainer once a week. Go to the gym, try everyday but realistically 3-4 times a week. Do cardio and some weightlifting. A personal trainer can specialize this to you (about 40 min cardio 20 min weight training).

If no doctors can be used, then begin by eliminating all junk food and sodas. Drink only water or crystal light flavored water. Eat three medium sized meals each with a complex carb, vegetable, and source of protein. Have two small snacks of a vegetable or fruit and some nuts or granola. Reward yourself once a week with a Skinny Cow dessert or three pieces of small dark chocolates. Weigh yourself once a week (like Sunday mornings right when you wake up). Keep track of your weight, how long you worked out, what exercises you do, and what you eat. All of these will help doctors in the future know your routine and will help you know when you break the rules. Find an accountablity partner, someone who will eat healthy and workout with you or just provide support and check your diaries for cheating!

I hope that you will stick to the goal of about 2-4 pounds a week (some weeks you might lose more due to water weight, but don't expect large numbers often!)! Good luck, the hard work will be worth it!

burn calories
lots of them
do vigorous excercise
like running

any excercise that is makes you do a lot of reps without any weight; running is the best example

and sex
thats good too

or just go on a hunger strike and soon enough you'll end up like ghandi.... or jesus

and i dont know what this big boned business is about

youre just fat

holy ****
lets see.... you are 63 inches tall
divided by 208

or vice versa
'
you are 3.3 pounds per inch! wow

you have got to get some excercise
but dont lift weights!

muscle is heavier than fat so gaining muscle is the wrong way to go, sista

oh and change your avatar so it better reflects your person, not your dream self
remember... you're not here to prostitute yourself... you're here for answers... or are supposed to be anyway

I would suggest you go to the Spark People site and sign up. It is free and you can record your daily food intake (VERY important), your weight and they have exercises plus you can get recipes and chat with others about any problems you may have. They have motion clips of exercises to show you what you need to do to tone certain areas of the body.

You also need to make sure you are watching your portions so you aren't eating more than you need. Eat more vegetables, drink lots of water and watch juices because many are packed with a lot of sugars. Also, avoid all fast foods and eat more salads.

The below site has an excellent chart that you can copy and paste to an email and send to yourself for future reference. It's the AARP site but the portions listed give you an idea what you need to do to lose and maintain your weight.

You can also check out this site where they have calculators, recipes and other items you may find beneficial.

And if you can, buy one of these to help you but still use the above sites to guide you until it becomes a mental part of who you are:

Walk every day for 30 minutes and walk fast but don't run or you could end up with joint problems later. To get a good cardio workout and keep your heart healthy, you need to keep your heart rate up about the same level for 20 minutes every day.

Lift weights to tone arms and waist. You can buy 5 and 10 lbs weights at Target, WalMart or at a sports store. Start with a low weight and work your way up so you don't tear or damage your muscles but be consistant and do the exercises for at least 15 minutes every day for it to benefit you.

Good luck and stay positive. You can do it, just remember to make it a lifestyle and every time you gain 10 lbs, work immediately to get it off. If you gain alot of weight, it will be much harder to take it off.

And find a friend to do this with ~ it will encourage and inspire both of you to stick with it.
