Is it better to exercise in the morning or in the evening?!


Question: Probably doesn't matter, but remember, it ramps you up, so if you do it at night, don't do it right before bed, or you won't be able to sleep for quite a while.

Do it at least an hour before sleeping, more if possible.

I dont think it necessarilly matters but excersicing builds energy and releases it after you workout...I usually do the morning, saves me from getting my morning caffeine.
