I'm a 15 year old boy, same height as you but I have the complete opposite problem to you. As I weight 7 stone and want to gain weight.
I know losing weight is a long and hard process and it takes lots and lots of determination and motivation. You need to up your gym boost by going a few more times a week maybe and do more exercise away from the gym, such as runs or walks. If you want a toned body then you need to do more vigourous exercise such as press ups, push ups and other ways of gaining muscle. 1000 calories a day is good but it really depends. You could say 1000 calories but it could be really high in saturated fat (the one you want to watch out for) and be worse for you than those extra calories.
My final message is that weight doesn't shift in a few weeks and it takes time before you see results. Keep a book of all your weights (record them at a time say 6pm?) and then you will see more results than just now and again measuring yourself. I wish you all the luck.

um just gain weight and work out or start working out now by that i mean weight lifting for an hour also boxings good.

You are not eating enough. You will starve yourself to fatness if you continue to only eat 1000 calories a day. read up on the other answers, but the bottom line is you are telling your body that you are starving and it needs to conserve all energy it gets in the form of fat.

Eat more, eat right (no junk - lots of veggies) and keep exercising and then you will see some results. Until then you are sabatoging your efforts.

Also, weight bearing exercise. Most important thing you can do. The treadmill is good, but the weight bearing exercise is where you will really build the muscle and improve your metabolism, which right now is slowing to nothing.
