Best vegtables for quick muscle healing?!


Question: All vegetables contain nutrients that will assist with cell repair and muscle healing to some degree. We know that protein is needed for muscle healing, and protein can be found in oats and quinoa which are not vegetables, but never the less, excellent sources of high quality protein. A good fruit to use for muscle repair is watermelon, capable of producing arginine in our bodies, an amino acid which plays an important role in cell division. You could supplement with Whey isolate powder, another good source of protein, with Glutamine added.

Eat "beans", it is good for MAN POWER(sex).
Do not eat "carrot", it reduce MAN POWER(sex)
