I want a diet plan that fits my lifestyle....?!

Try the South Beach Diet ... no starving yourself whatsoever .. you can eat as much of the "allowed" foods as you want... The first of the three phases is the hardest but doable.

Expect to lose about a lb. a day for the first few weeks with this diet as well!

I highly recommend weight watchers. I have done it for years and lost alot of weight and I do NOT starve, and I finally talked my larger than you husband to also do it and he can't believe how much he can eat. Basically if you eat healthy but don't deprive yourself of taste, you will definatley be satisfied! Good luck.
