You are under weight for your height. How many calories to take in on average? Some people have very fast metabolisms and maby you are one?

Instead of eating more food you could try and drink two protein shakes a day. Get yourself a good why protein, most mixed with milk have about 380 calories in them.

If you could give me your daily calorie intake and activity level I could be of more help.

YES. if you don't watch it you will probably end up in the hospital. you can eat in moderation and gain weight. your metabolism probably has slowed down due to your restricting of calories. once you start eating more food (and that can still be healthy food... just have more of it) your metabolism will increase as well. if i were you, i would talk to a registered dietician.

this is serious and needs therapy immediately otherwise you will encounter both physical and mental breakdowns.

You sound too skinny, unhealthily so. The key to weight gain isn't eating a bunch of fatty foods, but eating healthy and exercising. Muscle mass can add weight too. Your best bet is to get together with your doctor and start a consistent healthy diet with exercise. You'll find you have more energy and feel better too!

well, if you dont like fatty stuff try eating MORE, but stuff you can stand eating. or drink soda or something.
