Some what of a six pack and help to get more?!


Question: i have, a six pack when i squeeze my stomach, but there is a little bit of fat, but when i dont flex it looks like is have a HUGE belly but i dont, im 5'8'' 130, im not that strong in my upper body, but i have strong legs, i have like 2 rolls when i hunch over without flexing my stomach. Any help??? i exercise everyday, eliptical about 15 min, run about 15 min, i sprint i dont jog, i workout on a bowflex for about 20 min, after a couple of months will my belly go away somewhat? will i see results?

It doesn't matter how many crunches or sit ups you do. If you have fat, it covers it up. Cardio cardio cardio. Avoid eating/snacking after 7PM. Ease up on the booze/alcohol - it goes straight to the gutt. Eat more fiber, vegetables, and fruit. Keep up the cardio.
just remember there is no such thing as the perfect body. All those male models have killer abs in those muscle magazine only becuase they dehydrate themselves right before their photo shoot. It's kinda like the impossible bodies that movie star women try to have. All those people have MAJOR surgery.

All you can do is pray for genetics and learn about water-retention and try to get your body fat % as low as possible. Ab workouts help, but body fat percentage is the key. Ask your doctor about minimizing water retention or look it up online.

If that is what you want to do for yourself, losing weight slowly rather than quickly is the best key, and patience. Start also doing exercises just for your middle area too.
If you are getting a six pack for the ladies attention...then beware, not every girl loves a six pack.

are you ******* insane. id see a doctor. ask for some major lypo to get rid of your HUGE belly. and honestly. if you dont see it through the shirt. what the hell does it matter?

You need to relax. EVERYONE has some skins rolls when they hunch over - you just never see it on athletes and celebrities because photographers and film maker are careful to only show their subjects in the absolute best light.

Building muscle and definition takes time - you MUST be patient. You have to set long term goals. Don't say I want perfect abs in two weeks. You need to tell yourself - you're going to exercise and eat right for the next two YEARS - with one of your goals being to have sculpted abs.

It's much more important to be fit overall though. Yes, girls love the abs - but they love the arms and the tusch and everything else too (most of all they like the personality, sense of humor, chilvalry, kindness and honesty - so practice toning and flexing THOSE traits JUST as much as your body.)
