Running/Power walking and biking are great for shaping your legs.

Stair raises actually help, too. You should go to the site I listed as a source. It has some pretty interesting ideas/advice.

Walking around in heels all day seems to help!! lol Although it's killer ont he actual feet!

Step ups?

speed skating. and swimming.

Running past the McDonald's without stopping.

Having a good knee trembler

I don't know but find one before you turn into a big fat cow.

if your sure its fat and not muscle- as the following will only emphasize muscle and if its already muscle there wont be any reduction;

Step aerobic classes
Cycling or spinning classes
Power yoga (lots of stretching lots of balancing, lots of leg work)
Ballet or dance where leg balance is involved alot
Swimming
Gym based work using leg focused machinary
Running or jogging
Skipping

Simple.

Standing Calf Raises: 3 sets 10 reps
Sitting Calf Raises: 3 sets 10 reps
Donkey Calf Raises: 3 sets 10 reps

Once to twice a week... Enjoy... ;)
