Does anyone know a good, not boring, fast diet that i could start?!


Question: I am planning on starting on Monday.
I dont want it to be boring because I want to do really well and I need to lose some weight rather quickly! and quite a fair amount of it.
if anyone knows a good diet could you please tell me?

i lost 7lbs a week eating nothing but fruit, and if you get really hungry or dizzy, eat 1 piece of toast with honey or something sweet. Do this every other week and just eat a small amount of healthy stuff in the next week. NO CAKE OR BOOZE.

Stick pictures of skinny actresses/singers EVERYWHERE for inspiration. If you feel yourself weakening, PINCH YOUR FLAB WITH YOUR FINGERS, this should put you off eating bad food.

remove all bread, and rice and potatoes for three weeks. the you can have bread again but only whole wheat and nothing That says enriched on the package anymore. No fast food, bad bread. drink about 20 glasses (12 0z) of water a day, you will fell like your going to die but it will help also.

Get involved in some kind of active passtimes / hobbies, and start eating 6 small meals a day of fresh food (no TV or fast crap). No soda; plenty of water; no watching TV while you eat.

The South Beach Diet works quite nicely. I've lost 35 lbs this past year on that diet and keeping my calories down to about 1600 a day while doing so. Exercise will give you a few extra calories to work with, even if it is just a brisk walk. Good luck and don't let anyone tell you that dieting is an easy thing. I'm just saying this is probably the easiest.

It is perfect for what you want - it is not boring, it changes every day, healthy - full of fruits and vegetables, you have to start it exactly on Monday and for 1 week you could lose 5-15 pounds depending on how strict you are and if you exercise in addition (walk at least 1 hour per day, nothing else).
