Walking is great .swimming if you can and some bike riding ballet or most dancing is another choice

You can't decide where you want to burn your fat. Fat loss is based entirely on your genetic predisposition to weight loss. Also, fat is not burned; calories are. You have to create a caloric deficit to lose weight. If you create a deficit of 500 calories per day you would lose 1 pound (3500 Cal) per week (in theory). Many other factors must be included in that equation. If you only do sit ups, you won't get anything but a sore stomach. You have to vary your workouts and include cardio and resistance training. It's a long road, but a rewarding one. Good Luck!
