it would be a lot better if you added some veggies - salad or steamed ones.

no cause if you eat unhealthy foods you wont get enough energy
you should add vegetables. and lots of them.
make sure you're getting enough water too, or you could eat some watery foods like lettuce/celery.
and get vitamins from vegg or supplement
Sounds good to me. add a bit of 'taste' like a curry or sweet and sour flavour for a bit of variety.
Add some steamed broccoli, green beans and boiled corn and you have a kick-*** dinner.

How much rice? 1/3 cup rice is one serving. Add some veggies, have raw fruit for something sweet. How much cheese? 1 oz. cheese is one serving. Wrap it in a healthy tortilla with some veggies and some tabasco sauce and it sounds like my dinner!
