Water question?!

Question: So most of the experts agree on at least this:
Drinking water everyday is good for you.
Does anyone know whether or not it matters HOW you drink it? Is there a beneficial difference depending on whether you constanly sip your way through your 2 litres or sit down at 5pm and gulp it all down at once???

It is very possible to drink water wrongly. Read the article below on how you should drink water and how much is enough.

umm yeah, the temprature of the water, drinking ice cold water throughout the day can burn the same calories as running a mile.. ina sec ill google an article about it. You want to spread it out throughout the day.

gradually,,,cant drink 2 liters in one sitting can you????

if you drank it slowly i would think it would be better for you so that your body is hydrated all day, but i dont think that if you drink it all at once it would be bad for you, i think it would help but not as much as if you drank it normally

avoid drinking it all at once, you will get stomach pains and possibly water intoxication (too much water). If you sip it throughout the day your body has time to use it/digest it.

you know its weird I went to my doctor yesterday & he said that I was o.d.ing on water & that I was peeing my protean out so now I have A low protean count. what up I thought water was good for you I was drinking about A gallon A day
