Answers: ?

Preacher curls check this site for more info

pullups and pushups plus you work your core so you get nice abs too...make sure you try out different types of pushups though to work different muscles...

i'm a kinesiology major. if you do your lifts and presses very slowly, it can be up to 50% more effective in gaining strength and muscle mass

Super set ur Biceps wit Triceps.......
do concentration curls, preacher and cable curls for biceps.
for triceps do mass building moves...nd low nd behold]
Start flexing ur Guns

Lifting weights.

Moderate weights (not too heavy, not too light), variety of arm exercises such as bicep curls, tricep extensions, military press, hammer curls, and push ups. minimum of 4 sets of 10-14 repititions if you are starting out and trying to increase strength. Add sets and reps as it becomes easier.

Speaking from a NASM personal trainer's standpoint, much depends on your experience, and many other factors. you can email or message me if you would like to learn to do this and have a specific workout to follow......let me know your goals as well and we can go from there.

but to answer your question as it is .......train the biceps, triceps and forearms atleast twice a week .Your intensity should be 70 to 80 percent of your 1rm for each excersise. 8-12 should be your repetition range. dont rest longer than 90 seconds between sets. Don't train the same muscle within 1-2 days of training it. I would reccomend, as far as excersises go, biceps- barbell curl, incline hammer curl, and preacher curl, oh yea and concentration curl. Triceps- close grip bench press, cable pushdowns, dips. forearms wrist curls-reverse as well.
