It's absolutely not similar to Phentermine, it's just some herbal stuff (at least they say it's herbal) that made the name sound similar to phentermine and is taking advantage of the confusion among overweight people who are desperately trying to find real phentermine online. There are many of these herbal sound-alikes (phenhermine, phentrimine, phentramin and probably some more) Actually noone even really knows what they make this stuff from..
