Question: I'm a size 12 and I want to get rid of all the excess fat around certain parts of my body?
Like the belly or the pouch below the belly, inner thighs, and arms? I know I need to lose weight and diet but what could help me loose the excess fat? As long as there's no extreme amount of fat around my body I'm fine with that. :)
So don't think of me as a wannabe Nicole Richie think of me as someone who just wants to lose weight enough to have too much fat. =)

It is very difficult to spot reduce (get rid of fat in one area). Usually our bodies are predisposed to have fat in certain areas, so don't be disappointed if you don't have the six-pack abs you were dreaming of.

I would try doing specific strength training exercises in your problem areas. In addition to doing cardio several times a week. Strength training (weights, machines on high resistance) will make those muscles stronger and appear more toned while the cardio will help you lose fat from your body overall.
