How do you lose weight quickly?!


Question: Before every meal you can drink 2 glasses of water to fill you up quicker and also take 30 minute walks eveyday.


Answers: Before every meal you can drink 2 glasses of water to fill you up quicker and also take 30 minute walks eveyday.

How quickly are we talking? By eating very little and exercising like mad is a good way to lose the weight very quickly but not very healthy...i suggest
-eating mostly fruits and veggies for breakfast and lunch with some whole grains for snacks
- drink plenty of water and a little bit of lowfat milk each day
-eat foods you like but are healthy...there's a quote "once you've left the produce aisle you've left the only real food aisle"
-exercise at LEAST 30 min. a day w/ cardio, stretching, and toning exercises so you don't feel flabby once you lose the weight
-some good old fashioned hard work and will power will get you far if you stick with it you should see results within a week
