What are your tricks to curb cravings?!


Question: Its 11:30PM and Im starving! But I don't wanna eat cause its really close to bed time and I just went to the gym so I feel really good about myself .. =) what are the best ways you find help you make it passed little temptations like these?

eat 2 fist fulls of nuts and a whole bottle of water and im stuffed. I learned that off the book you on a diet; its amazing cause it relly works. the guy who wrote that lived that way his whole life and he's 74 but he looks like he's 30 i swear to god. sounds like it could do you some good, sure as hell did me!

drink a nice cold glass of h2o

Have a big glass of water and some popcorn. Popcorn isn't terribly fattening and it gives you some craving satisfaction.

I know I can't eat when I'm hungry. So, find something healthy. Maybe a little milk. Some cereal. Or oatmeal. That's filling, not too many calories, and low in carbs.

Have a spoonful of peanut butter, its not a big deal a spoonful will not make you gain anything

My doctor recommended fiber supplements. They are low cal, fill up your tummy and are good for you too! Just be sure to accompany them with a good glass of water.
