If you are eating a healthy balanced diet and getting plenty of excersise I'd recommend you head to a doctor to get some tests done. There are certain 'good' foods (like wheat proteins) that just don't agree with some people and actually cause them to put ON weight. Please don't get into the habbit of 'dieting' they're mostly bad for you and impossible to keep up for the rest of your life.

just eat healthy and work out , lots of cardio

You might have a slow metabollic rate, which means, even if you eat little, it takes longer for the body to digest and process the food, thus storing it in the body longer than it should, thus extracting more calories, thus turning into fat. thus, ok imma stop using thus.

In order to be healthier, you need to excersise regularly, an active body is often a healthier body. Along with a well ballanced diet, excersise works wonders.

start working out, eat 6 small meals a day, lots of meats and veggies like tuna, salmon, other fish. salads.
