Is work experience possible for a 15 year old in a gym?!

Yes, with good recommendations from people you know. There are 1 to 2 qualifications/ certifications you will need in the near future. They are First Responder Certification and Personal Trainer Certification ( if you are planning to train clients). If they accept you, be prepare to be diligent and have confident when you are on the job. It's hard to be on the gym's flood when you do not have the qualifications. Other then that, they might put you to work taking care of towels, locker rooms, and customer service.

yes it is possible. take a letter from ur schol down to the gym and see what they say. they can allow to help a trainer shadow them and see what they do and how it is done. you'll probaly have to hep set up the gym, cleaning, administration. i don't think u will be allowed to give advice to clients and u are not qualified to do that yet.
