I wouldn't worry too much about the hanging skin since you are planning to loose the weight in a healthy way. Generally, I think that the reason why people get all of that hanging skin is because they were really over weight to Begin with and they lost the weight too fast.

It can depend on how long you were overwieght, but only having to lose 50, should not make a big difference, especially if you are exercising.

nope. if you lost 150 pounds then yes, you MIGHT have saggy skin. BUT! since you are still young, your skin still has strong elasticity. if you lose 50 pounds you will definitely not have hanging saggy skin.

as long as you do some weight trainning in your excersicing, you should be ok.

I'm sure it wouldn't cause you would be losing it in a healthy manner but I'm also positive youd get stretchnmarks so to prevent that you can buy cocoa butter and apply it every day while u lose weight :) good luck with the lose!=]

i dont think too much if you take it slow and do weight training
