Too big tummy and too big thighs?!


Question: im 11.5 my thighs are huge!
everytime i walk they touch eachother.
My stomach not flat so i cant wear those nice tight shirts.
and i cant wear mini skirts or shorts. so please help
i have 3 days left till school starts so help

Girl, remember your still 11 so you might have some puppy fat still. 3days isnt enough time to make you look like a supermodel. Start some running, and also do some crunches on your stomach.
This is a great one:

Sit on your bum with your legs in the air and put your hands together. Then touch each side of the floor. (so the left and right side) remember with your hands together. And make sure you stop when you really feel something in ur stomach-dont stop because you can't be bothered.

But most of all i sugesst start running some first, and keep going with it. Think about why your doing it and what you want to achieve.

Dont get put off by other girls and their figure. You can change. So can they!

Avoid those chocolates. Sweets.Fizzy drinks. Although chocolate has iron in it, it is also very fattening.

there's no magic solution just diet and exercise

i had the same promblem and i found out soccer and dancing helps also weight it made my thigs a lot smaller and toned.for ur stomach get abs by arobic or cardio.

uhm wow theres no magic fairy to just zap yur belly n theighs away. you should have worked on it earlier way earlier. things like this takes time. drink lots of water, walk alot or exercise.

your thighs and tummy can't be gone in just three days
just exercise regularly and eat right, and drink plenty of water for about four months?
try swimming or jogging
