Can Anyone give me a split body workout for 6 days-PLEASE?!


Question: what you do is you start tommorow morning. the only things you eat for breakfust is a peice of wheat bread, a banana, and a bowl of regular cherios.
wheat bread:good for your heart
banana: energy boost.
cherios: good for your heart.

make sure you stretch for atleast 5 to 15 minutes.

do 200 jumping jacks, itll take maybe 5 minutes or less.

sit and rest for 1 minute

try and do 15 push ups.

thats all i know.
