How much weight could I loose by September?!
Question: OK I am 5'7 and 175 pounds. 15 years old.
I am planning on starting fresh next school year ( I am going to a bording school in the states .. I live in Canada)
soo I want to become healthy for myself not others too.
But um how much weight can i loose by September/ late August. I'm thinking maybe 30lbs.
My plan is to skip in my basement in the winter since theres snow everywhere, run when the weathers better and do this 30 minute work out i saw in a magazine. I will also watch what i eat and eat all my meals and a healthy snack.
I am a huge starbucks fan so if I am good for 2 weeks (do all my exercises and eat healthy) can i reward myself with a starbucks drink? or is that bad.

You sound like you have a good goal and plan! If you stick with it I bet you could lose the 35lbs by september no problem. Depending on the calorie content on your starbucks drink I would make sure to order a small or find a less sugary/calorie full drink and maybe do it every 3 weeks.
