Breakfast- granola cereal, milk, water
school lunch which was- piece of ham, some salad, a pickle, potatoes

yes u did. but i'd say u eat a bit more. unless u're overweight.

pickles are badd
and ham isnt the BEST choice
chicken or anything else would have been better

yes...try to eat 6 times a day...but small portions, bfast should b the biggest ur ending meal should b the smallest.nice job cutting calories and fat!

yeah that is a really healthy food plan if you're tryin to loose weight. if you are underweight to eat more as it is too less!
