Snacking! I bet you snack between meals? Cut that habbit and the pounds will drop off as it seems you are doing the right things otherwise.
Also, did you know that when walking, if you swing your arms vigorously it is 40% better. Try it ...

Dont eat too much and get some exercise - sorted

Completely avoid your indulgence foods... don't try to have just a little bit because it won't stop there. The only time you can have it is if its someone elses... so i won't buy myself a chocolate bar, but if my fella has one, i might steal a piece :)

Become aware of kcals in the food you are eating and how many you can safely have per day and still be losing weight.

Make sure you have a good breakfast, don't leave the house without it.

After breakfast, only eat is you would describe yourself as starving.

Have set meals and keep the portions down... if you decide what you are having when you are hungry, chances are it will be high in kcals.

Get away from juice drinks as they have a high sugar content. Stay off the beer but have one occasionally. No fats of any kind, no cakes, biscuits and cut down on bread. No Chips.Eat whole foods and have no food with white sugar , white flour etc. Have porridge and nothing else for breakfast. Have a home made sandwich for lunch and nothing else. Have a meal at night but serve it on a smaller plate. Walk your dog but either find some hills to walk up or walk your dog at a faster rate.

Sounds like you are on the right track. Just doing what you have done will have a big effect (in time, of course).

I really like this website:

www.webmd.com

It has sensible, healthy advice, and isn't an ad for a 'fad diet'.

Juice is healthy (if it is 100% juice), but watch your portions, as it tends to be high in sugar.

Good luck!
