Work out, lift weights.

Exercise.
Pull ups and push ups at home.

Go slow at first.

Take out junk in your diet, eat lean protein.

If you're small, gain a little muscle weight.
If you're overweight, try to add in cardio.

Either way, start slow so you don't hurt yourself. (:

Good luck.

running, pushups, curl ups, weight lifting, and eating proteins

Push ups pull ups sit ups lift weights run exercise. Work out hard.

pushups curls and beer

more wight less reps builds muscle and more reps and less weight builds definition.

Put your Mind into it BELIEVE!
(Work out eat healthy exercise 5x a week)

Go into google and type in the word "strength training". You'll be surprised as to how many weighlifting programs are out there. Lift weights, exercise, eat a nutritional diet, and get plenty of rest. Surely, you'll gain strength.

It depends weather you want to gain mass or definition. Believe it or not, gaining mass is a less stressful venture then definition. If you want to gain mass be sure and increase weight often, but don't do more reps then what can do while managing good form.

On the other hand if you are looking for definition, it is basically just the opposite. Increase your reps but decrease weights. Make sure you mix up your exercise and do them with little rest in between. Hope this helps.

lift weights.

lift weights

Mentally First.......Mind over matter..not to sound all metaphysics' on you....then you will be amazed what physical strength you can obtain....I once heard of a petite school teacher lifting a small car by herself...to save a trapped student!!!
Now that's gotta be mind power!
After that...look into strength training programs...allot of those Muscle heads you see at the gym are Physically and more than likely Mentally weaker than you think.......
